      I promise, no fad diets, juice cleanses, or grueling workouts here!  My goal is to help you reach your health and fitness goals and sustain them for good, so you won't ever have to "start over again on Monday!"

So What Exactly is Health and Wellness Coaching?

     As a Health and wellness coach, I work with individuals to improve their health, vitality, and well-being by helping them to engage in behaviors that have been proven to improve health and prevent disease including weight loss, fitness, nutrition habits, coping with stress, sleep hygiene, etc..  I conduct weekly video sessions with individuals and assist them in having actionable/specific goals for the coming week, while tracking progress all along the way. I have found that focusing on behaviors that promote health, as opposed to the "don't eat this/that" mentality, has been very effective in producing lasting results.
